Hi everyone!

I have a question, when making marshmallow flowers can I "paint" on the color? So far what I've seen is people using colored sugar. I just wanted to know if you can use like a gel paste colorant?

I think the reason people use coloured sugar is because the clipped end of the marshmallow are sticky. To be honest, I am not sure if gel colour would stick. You could always clip a marshmallow in two and give it a try!
