I'm just wondering - when preparing for large cupcake orders, how much icing do you plan for? I'm using the Buttercream Dream recipe here (2lbs icing sugar). Thanks for any help!
I use just under 50g/2oz frosting per cupcake for a 1M swirl, so I multiply accordingly.
