trying to bake a cake which calls for All purpose flour and just found out i have cake flour instead.my Q is can i use cake flour in a recipe calling for APF.thank you.
I have substituted cake flour for the whole amount of all purpose flour called in a recipe. I like that it results in a much tender cake with a finer crumb. You should not have any problems.
