I am sure this question has been asked before but I have not been on here in a while so I thought I would ask. I would like to know what type, brand, kind of cake you find is the best to use when doing stacked cakes? Specifically, what do you feel is the best tasting, yet sturdy enough for stacked cakes?
It isn't the sturdiness of the cake that makes it possible to stack cakes it is the support system you use e.g. sps, wooden dowels, plastic straws, plates, boards, etc.
