Need Help With A Male Bachelor Party Cake.... A Va*ina Cake!

So Ive done a couple penis cakes, ive done some corset/boob cakes....but i have a group of guys who want a Va*ina cake for their friends bachelor party. Now Honestly, i have no idea how to make this... i guess i dont mean "how" but what design to make...? Any input?!?!??!

Unless it's a bachelor party for a medical student or some such, I don't think most males are interested in the internal organs of the female body...

Edited to provide working link... Don't know why the 1st one didn't. 
I've made one before, it was the torso with no arms or legs. It was fairly detailed...I covered the cake in fondant and just pressed a crease into the bottom of the torso with a veining tool, then added a small circle with the edges frilled, pressed into the crease, with a small ball of fondant above that, and then painted the crease with pink petal dust.
This one was intended to be as raunchy and gross as possible

Texas - that sounds like a great idea...altho they dont want fondant because they want to shove his face in it so ill prolly do just wat you said but without fondant.... altho i think im not gona do a full torso but just from above the legs...like the legs are open...
