Morning.. I have to make Red Velevt Cupcakes this coming weekend, I usually use CakeMaven's red Velvet receipe for my Red Velvet cakes, but have never used it for cupcakes.. Is there anything I should know different or any tips?

I haven't made cupcake with that recipe, only cakes. The only suggestion I know of is people have said for cupcakes to preheat the oven at a higher temp and then decrease it when you put them in. That is supposed to give a better dome on the cupcakes. Sorry I can't help more.
