Hello All!! I finally decided to take the first Wilton class and it starts on Monday. YAY!!! It says I have to bring a tub of the Decorating Icing but I am not a fan of Wilton's icings and I truly enjoy making my own. What can I say it's another way of therapy lol!!! Does anybody have any good suggestions on recipes that have been through the class?

Not sure about other recipes but this one is perfect for decorating
