Fat Daddio's Fondant Work Mat, on the CakeSupplies 4 U site, just in case the above link doesn't work.
Is this a good mat? I've heard of some being able to use this with rolling fondant/gumpaste and NOT need any shortening/sugar to keep it from sticking.
