does anybody know what the amounts are for the cream in a peanut butter ganache made with the chips would be? Is there anything else in it?
I have looked for a recipe and can't seem to find one.

When I make the peanut butter ganache I use 8 oz. of whipping cream and 8 oz. of chips. Works for me.

Good Luck!

I've never heard of a recipe for them, but I would assume you could probably get away with following the same rules for white chocolate chips. I use a 3:1 ratio for the white chocolate chips. If you decide to give it a try you will have to let us know how it turns out.
