I made modeling chocolate yesterday so I could make my figure today and when I went to knead it, it is still REALLY grainy!!! icon_confused.gif I have never had a problem with it before but I am wondering if it is because I used white chocolate?? Is it the higher fat content?? I don't know what to do to fix it!! icon_redface.gif Should I heat it up some more and "milk" it to get rid of all the extra oil?? Any advice would be helpful!! icon_smile.gif
