My mom has asked me to do her wedding cake. She wants three tiers but there's only 60 guests.
What 3 sizes should I use?
This will be my first wedding cake. My aunt gave me an 8" pan for the top layer but that seems kind of large. Should I use that or a 6" pan that I have?

6"-8"-10" With 4 inches tiers (or 2 layers of cake) will make about 70+ wedding servings.
Agree with PP, or of you want BIGGER tiers, then you could always have 2 of actual cake and one 'dummy' tier?
