I heard someone mention a "cut and paste" method for making characters out of fondant. I'm having a hard time finding any info anywhere on this technique. Can someone please help me??!!

Print out your characters at the size you need them, trim them out, use them as a stencil to trace out the outline and cut them out. Repeat the tracing and cutting step for each and every detailed piece on the character (hair, eyes, clothing, etc) then glue them onto each other with a tiny bit of water. HTH!
