Advice On Stacking 3 Tier Cake, Help !!!

tomorrow l will be putting together the 3 tier cake l have made. l am very nervous as l have never done this before, has anyone got any advice about stacking cakes, so that l dont mess it up. I will be using plastic dowels and the cake boards are the same size as the cake so they wont be seen. Help please xxxx
