Those look like Katano orchids to me. By the way, what a gorgeous wedding! Wow!

Oops, I was looking at the actual bouquet, not the cake! I didn't scroll down far enough. Those look like fantasy flowers to me, but with the petals/shaping of an open parrot tulip.
