hi there can anyone tell me whats the best recipe for a choclate cake that i can cover with fondant ect as i have got my madiera mix perfect now just looking for choc cake i can use for birthday cake ect and also what would be the best topping to use on it as i use butter cream inside normal cake and i use it to cover cake before the fondant goes on please try your best to help as i am a new starter and im very greatfull for all help
