my DH bought med eggs and I have only ever used large.. I have the weight for large eggs so I was going to weigh what I needed. Do I need to lightly beat the eggs before I weigh them? I am thinking so but I am unsure

Hi, I dont know baout weighing the eggs since i dont have a scale but i do know that 3 med eggs = 2 large eggs.
