i figured my son is the same age as cake boss......so last month i gave him the bakery.
i work for him 1 day a week, friday helping get the saturday orders done.
it rox.......i got bored after a couple weeks.......so i took up making fondant figures at home.
HOW FUN to make stuff when you're not under the gun! 
i stuck them in the cake case and am selling them ala carte....
i gotta say after slaving all those years it's really nice....i started wondering what the numb feeling was.......ha ha ha..that's the feeling of nothing hurtin!
