Does anyone know what frosting recipe would be like the frosting on the All American Chocolate Cake sold at Costco? It's not their sheet cakes.....it's the three layer chocolate cake with the chocolate shavings on the sides. It's a fudgy frosting that's not crusted. Thanks!

Okay, so I am guessing no one has the American Cake Recipe that Costco uses.  So, does any one have a very fudging frosting recipe they can pass my way?
