I hope I've posted this in the appropriate place!

I have an opportunity to purchase a Hobart Convection Oven, at what I think is a really good price. It's electric and it's model DN97. Do any of you have this oven or know anything about it?

I had a hard time finding much information about it online, and it's not listed on the Hobart website, which tells me that it is no longer in production. Is it hard to find parts for these?

Any advice or information that you could provide would be most helpful!!!

I have an older model Hobart oven.

Check with your local restaraunt supplier to see if they carry parts. My guys carry quite a few. Plus they know everything about them.

I needed one part they did not have. I went to the hobart site and found my local parts people. I have left two messages and they have still not returned my call.

Hobart tells me they do not send out parts and I must get the parts from a supplier.

So I would make sure you can get parts prior purchasing.

This experience has my thinking my next oven is not going to be Hobart!
