
I'm going to go bake pan shopping today (since I found a 50% off coupon for Michael's) and need to know which pan sizes are recommended for baking round cakes. Do you recommend the 2 inch or 3 inch deep pans? Would I need two sets of each size (6, 8, 10, 12)? Also with regards to square pans, do you recommend the sharp edged pans like the ones that Fat Daddio's sells or the rounded off corners like the one Wilton sells?
