I delivered 18 cakes to a wedding this afternoon. Seventeen were table cakes and the last one was a two tiered cake for the head table. This took much longer than I had anticipated, especially with 4 appropriately sized pans and my small oven.
I'll just chalk this up to an experience I'd rather not have again.
Oh, and I totally forgot to take pictures before I left....

maybe you could ask the bride if there is any chance that you could get a picture from her of the cakes or at least the head table cake. Just tell her that you totally forgot to take pictures of them and would like one for your portfolio. The worse she can do is say no. I am betting that won't be the answer.
