I made some hearts out of gumpaste like 2 hours ago, they are picking up the cake in the morning, did I give it enough time to dry? Is there anyway to get it to dry faster? I still have to paint it and stand it up on the cake ahhhh!

I use Wiltons and it dries within a couple of hours. I've tried others but it seems to take much longer.
