I made one with jello brand cheesecake pudding. Take the cheese cake pudding mix add, a little at a time, whipping cream until you get the thickness you want then add, also a little at a time, strawberry jello powder to taste, I also put in a little strawberry extract. Remember, it will continue to thicken upon standing but you can add a bit more cream to it should it be too thick!
