Knee Operation Cake

My BFF is having a fairly minor knee operation. I wanted to make her a cake. I can only really think of 'the operation game' . But not even sure what I would do with that?
Any other ideas would be welcome!

Made a severed foot cake for trauma week at our hospital, its in my pics, you can do something like that but put an incision with stitches instead of the gore!
