I have a recipe for sugar free cheese cake that is a favorite of my family. I make it often as my husband is diabetic and although it is reallly high in cal & fat it is low in carbs. I've always made it in a 10" pan and want to make it in a smaller pan to make a higher cake or double the recipe to make a larger cake but don't know how long to bake it. Does anyone have any suggestions for me.
