I'm trying to buy in bulk and there's a great deal on powdered sugar at Costco (50lbs @ $33!). But what the heck would I store that much sugar in?! It obviously has to be food safe but I'm drawing a blank. Any ideas?

I premeasured 2 pounds and bagged them in Ziploc freezer bags. I put those bags in food buckets I purchased at a restaurant supply store. HTH

In my experience powdered sugar is rarely that much cheaper in bulk to be worth the hassle...Target usually has 2# bags for around $1.50, which comes out to $37.50 for 50 pounds.
