How would I make the handles on this BBQ cake?? I'm worried if I make them out of gumpaste or Fondant it will be too heavy and tear down the sides of the cake! TIA!

I would predict that you can still make them out of fondant and gumpaste.. just adhere with cut to size skewers...and you can make ahead and add at the last minute...
