How Do I Use The Coach Template?

I have to do a Coach purse this week and I am happy that I have found the Coach template here but I am not sure how to use it? Can someone please let me know the steps I need to take to add the logo to my cake? Thanks so much!

I think you use royal icing. put the template over the fondant then put royal icing. smooth it out then take the template off. i would practice first before doing it on a cake

This is what I typically do...
Print the logo onto photo paper or another type of heavy paper. Roll out a thin piece of fondant and let it sit while you cut the logo out of the paper. (This allows for it not to be as sticky and it makes it easier to cut.) Lay the logo onto your fondant and use an exacto knife to cut around the shapes.
