I am really wanting to learn how to do the ruffles and lace technique on the sides of a fondant cake. If anyone has any pointers or tutorials and they would be willing to share I would be greatful!! icon_biggrin.gif

It really depends on what kinds of ruffles and lace you want. Do you have a sample image of what you're working toward?

Here is a two-part ruffle/lace item for large ruffles:

You can also get yourself a "garrett frill cutter" which works wonderfully for ruffles.
