Looking for information on how to make a Celtic Wedding Knot for an upcoming wedding cake...does anyone have a template or any ideas?

I made a cake that had the Celtic wedding knot going around it. I used The Bakers Kitchen brand of gumpaste that can be made into a flexible royal icing. It worked great. I printed out the knot and piped out a series of them and put them on the cake. Worked great!
