How Effective Is Your Agbay On Mud`cakes?

I'm asking my family to chip in to get me an`Agbay for my birthday, but I make mostly mud cakes. Just wondering if anyone uses one regularly on mudcakes and if it performs ok?

I cut mud cakes all the time with my Agbay but my cakes are not quite as dense as some mud cakes but I've cut rich fruit cakes in the past and the Agbay has breezed through it. The only thing is, if you're only levelling the top and not cutting much off, the blade tends to skim over the top so I always cut at least 1/4" off. I heartily reccommend the Agbay, I don't know what I'd do without it.

I use Agbay on all my mudcakes - NEVER a problem!
