There is a ACF competition coming up in Nashville and I am thinking about entering. Has anyone out there ever done a ACF competition and have any pointers for me. I would be entering a cake in the wedding cake catagory.
OK so does anyone have any pointers on cake competitions in general??? Tips on table set up, traveling w/ cake to comp, how to decide on flavor combinations????
