Hi Guys!!!!
Been a decorator for years but i seem to fail at finding the perfect wilton tip for piping simple shell borders. They always only ever turn out "okay" and its always the tip that is the trouble.
Since there are literally hundreds of tips out there, I would love to hear make and numbers of all your own perfect tip that pipes the perfect, classic shell border.

I use a Bekenal no.44 tip for doing shells. It's a finer tip so if your RI isn't stiff enough you do lose the shell grooves. A lot of piping shells also depends on how much pressure you apply to the icing bag.
