I'm venturing into different recipes... Once a completed cake, I need it to NOT REQUIRE refrigeration. Now, like chocolate needs to stay cool in order to not melt, gotcha. I just need it to not spoil if it not in the fridge.
So my butter creams are shortening based.
Ok so my question - I've been looking at some icing/filling recipes that include evaporated milk or heavy cream. As long as these are cooked in the recipe, they should be ok to be out of the fridge right?
Thanks!!
