Baseball Stadium Help!!!!

I am looking to do a baseball stadium cake in the next few weeks and need some help as far as what to make the bleachers out of? Should I use cake or rkt? What pan should I bake the cake in to begin with? ANY advice would be so appreciated! Thanks!
