One idea to get you started is by making cakes for a school fair, friends, local fund raising events and have a business card to hand out with them.
Maybe neighbours too.
Good luck!
Or at jumble sales or even your local market that's how my niece started she has a license for the days a week at her local market and she can't sell enough cake by midday all her cakes are sold out she is having to increase her cakes selling all the times.
