I Need Help With Wedding Cake Tier Sizes For 200

I have made small wedding cakes in the past but Ive been asked to make a wedding cake that feeds 200 people. Can anyone tell me what size tiers I should make Ive seen the Wiltons cake chart and Ive seen the Earlenes cake chart and now Im confused icon_confused.gif please any help is appreciated?

I'm going to be making my first wedding cake for my niece in Oct. It will also need to feed 200 people. I've decided to do five tiers round 14/12/10/8/6. According to the Wilton wedding chart, this should feed 208. I used this handy cake calculator that cc'r metria provided in her signature line...thanks metria icon_smile.gif

Use Wilton's not Earlene's. 6-9-12-15" serves 190 including the top tier or 6-8-10-12-14" serves 211, 197 without the top tier.

The Wilton wedding cake chart is the industry standard for 8 cu. in. servings (1" x 2" x 4")... I'd stick with that.
