If the party is Saturday, how far in advance do you bake, fill and frost? I have about 6 dozen cupcakes to make with fondant toppers.

Hi!
I would bake today and freeze the cuppies until Friday. Tomorrow I would make my fondant toppers, and Thurs I would mix up all my buttercream. Then on Friday I would pull the cuppies out of the freezer and they should assemble very quickly! Good luck
