My DH kept bugging me for a vitamix and I kept saying NO! He finally wore me down and got one. Yesterday I needed to make a raspberry filling and I HATE straining the seeds out. With the vitamix you don't have to---they are pulverized instantly. This is my new favorite piece of equipment. Oh, and made in the USA!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE my vitamix, you can make all sorts of great fillings for cakes, my mom made a wicked mouse in hers, i just wish i had paid a bit more attention back then, i would be able to make it now... lol... But it is a great machine that does so many things... ENJOY!!!
