I have finally convinced myself that it's time to take the plunge and put in a commercial kitchen at my house! I contaced the Department of Agriculture to schedule an inspection of my basement. It's 1,100 square feet of possibilities! My father-in-law is a contractor, so he is going to be there with me for support! Wish me luck!!
