Try googling "dinosaur polymer clay tutorial" and you'll probably find some more.
Also, here's a list that someone posted a while back with tons of tutorials for making figures. I didn't see any for dinosaurs on the list but you may be able to use the ones for like alligators and turtles and modify them to make a dinosaur.
