I have an order for a pirate treasure chest cake for 60 people. About how much should I charge?.thank you guys!

Your price should be your cost, which consists of ingredients, labor (your hourly wage), and overhead (insurance, licensing fees, etc.), plus a 20-30% profit margin.
In CA you must have a commercial kitchen that can pass inspection, so if you are baking from home you can't legally charge for the cake. We are also in CA (San Jose area, we rent a commercial kitchen) and depending on the complexity a 3D treasure chest cake for 60 people would probably be in the $300-400 range.
