Hi

I am trying to work out how much mix i need for an 11" cake from this chart attached. However when i scroll down to a 11" square cake tin and go across to see how many times i need of the original ingredients its just got a ( - ) can someone help me please of how many times the mix i will need!!!! Ahhh im having a stress!

I just checked the Wilton website and it says for a 10" square you need 6 cups of batter. A 12" square says 10 cups. I would assume, then, that for an 11" square you would need approximately 8 cups. This is all for a 2 inch high cake.

That chart also looks like it's using a pan that's 3 3/4 in high. That's an unusual size if you pans are 2 or 3 inched high, you can use these charts:

I think you would be fine with just one box... Most people use one box for a 9x13" pan. So I would imagine that it would be about right for an 11" square.
