Just thought I would share my excitement and nervousness.. I am set for inspection for my cottage license on Thursday...so much to do tomorrow..I feel pretty ready but gotta dot all of the i's and cross the t's.. All recipes approved , just need to touch up the kitchen and get that certificate....

It's offIcial..passed inspection with flying colors..I am official, legal, and open for business!!!
