Idea For Topper?

I had some leftovers of fondant and buttercream that needed to be used, so i started making a cake. I need to finish it but can't figure out how..

This is what it looks like:

Does anyone have an idea for what else i could do with my cake to make it look more complete? I only have white fondant and fondant in the bows color. But i have plenty of paste colors and dust colors.

I would put some more of the buttons on top. Another circle of them placed in between the ones at the edge. Maybe another bow in the center. It's a very cute cake as is, though thumbs_up.gif.
