Cupcake Sizes? Never Seen This Before?

I'm sure you all have, but I was in a cupcake shop the other day and they "regular" sized cupcakes were bigger! 
almost in between a jumbo and a regular size. Anyone know what size this might be and where I can get liners? Do I need a different size of pan?
