Please Help- Anyone Know Any Quick Fixes For Cracking Crust?

My butter cream crust is cracking I think just from the plate slightley bending- does anyone know any quick fixes, not major damage but it looks bad, I'm going to the party and would lke to fix it up if I can

You can dry dipping your spatula with warm water and then resmoothing it i don't know if it will work after it has crusted but you can give it a try! HTH

I believe crusting buttercream can crack pretty easily, esp if the support board/drum flexes at all. I pull out a viva paper towel and smooth it over. Hope that helps!

get yourself and extra board or something underneath it and then do the warm spatula method to fix any cracks. good luck icon_smile.gif
