Has anyone made ganche with the bakers German Chocolate? Hubby has requested a german chocolate cake for anniversary but he doesnt like the icing (doesnt like coconut)..I was thinking I could fill cake with caramel and ice with greman chocolate gnache....never heard of it, just wondered if anyone has tried it.

I have and it works great. That is all I use anymore.
