Help...a friend wants me to make a cake like this! How would I cover it ?? Do I do a double layer of Fondant? One directly covering the cake and the second one draped like the dress or how would that work? Also do I put the dots on the bottom tier before or after the Fondant is on the cake since its loose ???? ohh and one more thing... the white ruffle on the bottom of the dress do I just wet it and stick it on the red or do I use Fondant glue ( I can't think of the name right now) and do I just pinch and crunch every inch or so????? Please help!!! Thanks!!!
