Hi! I too am a hobby baker (though I am in the process of getting myself legit to start charging for my cakes- won't be much to start with as I'm still learning lots and my skills aren't upto scratch yet). This site has been a goldmine of information for me- so far I'm completely self taught with no classes, but the lovely lot on here have given me so much help and useful advice, as well as encouragement.

Look forward to seeing all these newbie cakes!! icon_smile.gif

I have a question for you guys and I hope someone has some advice for me.  I need to buy a new bread machine and this stuff is new to me, I'm a complete newbie.  I found this site with some reviews http://www.squidoo.com/best-rated-bread-maker-machine-reviews and I'm considering either the zojirushi, because I've heard good things about it, or I'm considering the west bend model which I've hardly heard anything about.  Which way should I go?
